Bikepacking Setup

This image features a bike loaded up with bike packing bags. Essentially bike packing is a multi day bike trip where you ride from each destination to the next often carrying clothes, food, cooking supplies, and sleeping supplies. In this case we were carrying all of our food, drink and camping supplies for a 3 day 2 night trip leaving from a family cottage in the north of wisconsin, camping along the way and returning back to the cottage again. Camping and hiking equipment was in high demand in the summer, same with bikes so combining the two seems like a perfect culmination of things that defined the summer for many people. It was also my first trip of this kind like many others out there whose vacation plans changed and their summer plans needed to be adjusted. This was the summer of new experiences both good and bad so many others were in a similar situation as myself.
