Binding: Pamphlet, sewn. Cover is brown paper, handmade by Peter Thomas. Title and illustration on cover. Paper: Peach, Svecia Antiqua. Printing: Digital. Typography: Digital, typeface unknown. Illustration: Reproductions of two linocuts by Donna Thomas. Note: This pamphlet was made as a stand-alone for libraries and other institutions that do not acquire VHS tapes. Title letterpress printed on cover.

C. Portfolio: 18 x 13 cm (7 ¼" x 5 ¼"), Pamphlet: 14 x 11.4 cm (5 ½” x 4 ¼"), 12 pages.

Binding: Pamphlet, sewn. Housed in a portfolio made with grey handmade paper over boards. Portfolio has a wood board inserted in the spine. Title on handmade paper board label on cover; label attached by brass fasteners at corners. Additional brass fasteners on front and back covers. Pamphlet is held in a pocket on front inside cover. A DVD is held in a pocket on back inside cover. Paper: Green, handmade by Peter Thomas. Printing: Digital. Typography: Digital, typeface unknown. Illustration: Reproductions of two linocuts by Donna Thomas. Notes: The DVD includes additional and improved content compared to the original VHS. Peter made this version in 2011 when he realized that VHS was no longer widely used. Cover label is a light blue and green handmade paper board as described in A67. Some DVDs have variant bindings.
