G. Books Made as Examples for More Making Books by Hand

This section describes the one-of-a-kind books made as examples for More Making Books by Hand [F1], a project-driven bookbinding manual written by Peter and Donna Thomas for Rockport/Quarry Books, published in 2004. After being contacted to write the book, they used the workshop handouts they had created to explain how to make the various binding structures they had developed as the basis for the projects in the book. Each project, 12 in total, required them to make one or two new examples to the specific sizes given in the project text.
