The Chapel Gardens finished construction in 1956 located across from the Forest Home Chapel. The Chapel Gardens represent the changing burial practices in the second half of the 20th century. Instead of being buried in the ground the Chapel Gardens offers an above ground burial site where one can have their name engraved on a space located somewhere in the Mausoleum. Although, there is limited space there are still a few spots open today. The Chapel Gardens serves as a gathering place where family and friends can visit or as a site on a tour.
