The Forest Home Chapel is located on the grounds of the Forest Home Cemetery in Milwaukee, WI. It has served as a gathering place for funeral services since 1892 and a crematory was added to the basement in 1896. Today, the chapel host numerous services such as weddings, lectures, tours, and many more. The cemetery and chapel were designated as historical landmarks in 1973.
