Milwaukee issues $1,500 in fines to Fiesta Cafe for violating the mask mandate. Mayor Tom Barrett said the goal is not to fine these businesses and only the ones who have a disregard for the mandate will be fined. Although Fiesta Cafe has been the only business fined, 17 others have been warned about violating the mask mandate.
