Kenneth Ross wrote the screenplay for the John Woolf Production, made by Warwick Film Productions and Universal Productions France, S.A. Fred Zinnemann directed and John Woolf produced the suspense-intrigue drama in Technicolor on locations in Vienna, Rome, Genoa, Menton, Paris and London and at Studios de Boulogne in Paris."
