"This text...has been set in type from a copy of the second edition...1674... The plates and illustrations were designed and engraved on wood by D. Galanis. The title-page & initial letters were designed by Anna Simons. One hundred and ninety-five copies have been printed by Bernard H. Newdigate at the Shakespeare Head Press Saint Aldates Oxford on Batchelor's hand-made paper. These are numbered 1 to 195. Ten copies have been printed on Roman Vellum and are numbered I to X." -- Colophon.
Bound in pigskin over boards.
No. 4 of a limited ed. of 195 copies, plus 10 copies printed on vellum
