The paper is Glastonbury laid, natural tone, made specially for this edition by Grosvenor, Chater and Company ... The shelfback of the binding is a dull-finish black leather, and the boards are covered with natural linen bearing a black leather label on the front; the title is stamped in gold on both the leather areas"--Publisher's announcement.
