On April 13, 1921, the final iteration of Fourth Church was gifted the property on the corner of Kenwood Boulevard and Stowell Avenue by the Mother Church in Boston after it had been officially recognized as a branch. This news item appeared in Volume 17, issue no. 21 of the Christian Science Sentinel on January 23, 1915 in the “Among the Churches” section. This shows that the land had once belonged to a previous iteration of Fourth Church.
