A 1988 photo of the Chinese Christian Church of Milwaukee congregation in front of Trinity Community Church just north of Milwaukee in Brown Deer, where they were meeting at the time. The congregation began meeting in a physical building in 1976 when they shared a space with the Brown Deer Baptist Church. In the 80's their congregation's numbers grew from the low 20's to the high 80's, so founding Pastor Wang knew they needed to look for a new home to expand in. They began renting space from Trinity Community Church in Brown Deer in 1987, where they stayed until decided they needed a place of worship of their own.
