An audio recording of the April 17, 2022 worship service. This service occurred on the Roman Catholic holiday of Easter. Some components of a Christian Easter were featured in the service, such as an opening hymn titled, "Easter Hymn." The service was opened by the congregation greeting each other and the lighting of a chalice at the front of the room. The Bible story of the Good Samaritan was told by the minister, using a rabbit puppet. The recording does not include a portion of the service called, "Joys and Sorrows", when members of the congregation publicly share personal parts of their lives. After this, a second hymn was sung. The sermon discussed how some people feel a UU congregation may include "too much" Jesus and others feel it includes "too little." After the sermon, a closing hymn was sung and the chalice extinguished. The service lasted about 70 minutes and the recording (excluding the "Joys and Sorrows") is about 60 minutes.
