Bulk Drop Off

In recent years Glendale has switched to a garbage pickup system with trucks that can lift up garbage cans. But bulk pickups require collectors to handle waste, which did not seem prudent in the pandemic. In May, the City of Glendale offered several bulk drop-off opportunities at a dumpster at the Public Works Department. After showing ID, city residents can dump their bulky items into the dumpster without jeopardizing the health of staff.
