Having served in the lead role of the Student Association for the past year, she takes the opportunity to discuss her experiences helming the organization during not only the COVID-19 pandemic, but also the protest movement stemming from the murder of George Floyd, experiences which are certainly relatable to her audience of fellow graduates. Weber chose to highlight the text of this speech as one of her best representative moments of her pandemic experience and that of the UWMSA.
