This picture is a mail from the International Student and Scholar Services stating I could take three (3) online during the Fall 2020 semester. Before the lockdown, international students were only allowed to take a minimum of two (2) face-to-face class courses. During the pandemic last year, the former US administration passed an order for all international students to return to their home country if all the classes would be online. This directive by the US Federal Government came as a shock to many international students. In a swift reaction to the directive, some top universities were able to sue the administration. Thankfully, they won; the directive was reversed, and all international students were allowed to remain in the United States and take their online classes. I was happy when I got the mail because I could not imagine traveling back to my home country in the middle of a global pandemic.
