Some copies are bound in wool cloth over boards. Copies 31-150 are quarter-bound in black leather and green commercial paper. Title and ornaments printed on cover. Some copies are quarter-bound in teal green or grey book cloth. Paper: Copies 1-30 are printed on white paper hand-made by Peter Thomas. Copies 31-150 are printed on ivory Wausau Exact Vellum paper. Printing: Letterpress. Illustration printed from a photoengraving. Typography: Hand-set Goudy Handtooled; ornaments in red.
