For the text he [Robert L. Dothard] chose Poliphilus type in the thirteen-point size... with italics in Blado ... The paper, and oyster-white mould-made stock, was specially produced for this edition at the Arches mill in France ... The binding is of full imported natural vellum over heavy beveled boards, with the title and decorations stamped in pure gold leaf"--Publisher's announcement.
"Designed by Robert L. Dothard ... printed ... at the press of A. Colish ... The illustrations have been drawn by Eric Fraser"--Colophon.
