The initial letters and the letterings for the title-page and headings have been engravedy by her from designs by Joscelyne Gaskin"-- Leaf [3] verso, vol. 1.
"Three hundred & seventy-five copies of this edition of which three hundred & fifty are for sale having been printed in England at the Shakespeare Head Press Saint Aldates Oxford and eleven copies have been printed on vellum"-- T.p. verso, vol. 1.
