This document explains how St. Paul's Records would decorate the courtroom where it met for Christmas and Easter Sunday services and then pay someone to have it cleaned so court could be used on Monday. The lower part of this item is one such bill, paying an individual "5 0/100 dollars for cleaning our half of the courtroom for the church" in 1841. The upper half of the document explains two payments made by the Wardens and Vestrymen of the church for a total of $41 as their lease for the courtroom in 1843.
