When Worlds Collide is a highly imaginative exploration of one of the most intriguing epoch in human history the earth-shaking period when the "Old World" first encountered the "New World"
The film travels from the city of Granada in Spain, which was conquered by Isabella and Ferdinand, to the spiritual retreat of Machu Picchu, built by the Incas in Peru; from the Cerro del Tepeyac of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico to The Escorial, the amazing palace built by Phillip II outside Madrid.
When Worlds Collide explores how the collision of these two sophisticated but different worlds led to the birth of an entirely new Latino culture.
