Several women workers in Tijuana used video cameras to make diaries of their lives. Lourdes takes us on tou of her colonia, which is affected by hazardous wastes from factories. Carmen worked at one of Tijuana's 800 maquiladoras and she lost her job when they moved to Indonesia. She is using grassroots efforts to challenge the company and receive the legally mandated severance pay they are refusing to pay.
