In Latin America the streets are the refuge of millions of children.This is the story of a group of Venezuela street kids, particularly Oliver, who is thrown out of his home by his alcoholic stepfather and a scared mother. Without families or schools to provide any guidance and support, Oliver and his new friends are left to their own devices, which soon lead them into drugs, guns and worse.
