From 12/20/03 to 1/16/04 participants of this nonformal educational trip traveled to five locations in Brazil. There they interacted with local people, observed the regions ecosystem, and experienced local activities. Activities included greeting the New Year in Rio de Janeiro, experiencing the fabled Amazon, exploring historic Salvador, absorbing the stunning sights of gigantic Iguacu Falls, tasting the team leader's hometown, and visiting a native's home.
